JTC 400 was inspired by the intoxicating shopping atmosphere of the SELFRIDGES department store, at 400 Oxford Street, London. According to the "Join The Club" philosophy, the fragrance should be discovered through olfactory connections and memories... And so it opens with wonderful citrus Notes of bergamot, mandarin, maybe even bitter orange. As you delve deeper, very subtle hints of honey emerge. As the scent progresses, you detect Orange blossom , just the right amount, enough for the lovers, not too much for the skeptics. Then quite dominant tobacco notes take over, but more of a light, blond Tobacco , almost green. At the end, alongside the woody notes, vanilla actually comes through, but very subtle, barely noticeable. A wonderful fragrance, picking up on the style of K'Bridge, but yet completely different. Like the two department stores Selfridges and Harvey Nichols.
