Delivery information

After placing the order, you can generally expect the package to be delivered within 2-4 business days. From the dispatch of the shipping confirmation email, you can expect the usual delivery times of DHL.

If the courier cannot deliver the products due to the recipient's absence or the closure of the premises at the specified address, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the second attempt is unsuccessful for reasons attributable to the recipient, or in the case of a refused delivery, incorrect address, or inability to contact the recipient regarding the delivery, the product will be returned to the supplier at the recipient's (buyer’s) expense. The buyer will receive the amount paid for the product minus the shipping costs.

A fee for customs declaration is charged for deliveries to countries outside the European Union.
This fee is charged upon delivery of the package and is not set by nosebehind.com. If the customer refuses the customs fee and thus does not accept the package, the package will unfortunately be destroyed by customs. nosebehind.com cannot assume any responsibility for this or offer a refund for the package.

 

Return information

We grant a 14-day return policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, to the following contracts:

Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or if the item has been used.

A prerequisite for a full refund for transactions that include Gifts with Purchase is that these are also returned under the above conditions.
