Delivery information
After placing your order, on average you can expect the package to be delivered to you within 2-4 working days. Once the shipping confirmation email has been sent, you can expect DHL's usual delivery times.
We grant a 14 day return policy. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts, unless the parties have agreed otherwise:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery or the item has been used.
The prerequisite for a full refund for transactions that include Gifts with Purchase is that they are also returned under the above conditions.
